#I think the most interesting thing about Stiles is that he has so much potential to be cruel #He’s been cruel before obviously like suggesting they kill Jackson to be done with the kanima #but for all his nobility he has that potential to go darkside #he has the potential to stop caring and to let the water overtake him and suck him down to be drowned #which is what makes him different from Scott #Scott is loyalty and righteousness and he has the potential to be a leader #Stiles is the man who will do whatever it takes to keep the people he loves safe #even if it mean doing something not-so-good #I don’t think he realizes how similar he and Derek are sometimes
